Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Packaging & Condition

We take care to pack your order securely. However:

• Minor dents, scuffs, or wear to outer packaging may occur during transit. This is normal and not considered a defect.
• Refunds or returns are only accepted if the item inside is damaged or defective.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact the courier directly using your tracking information. We will assist where possible.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. AMUSE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
