AMUSE is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

Important for Blind Box Products:
- Blind boxes are sold as sealed packages with a random item inside. We cannot guarantee which character or variation you will receive.
- Minor wear, dents, or scuffs to outer packaging may occur during courier handling. These do not affect the item inside and are not considered defects.
- Returns for duplicate or unwanted characters, or due to packaging imperfections alone, are not accepted.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
Your purchase is subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Products are for personal use only and not for commercial resale or export without permission.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices are in AUD unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Taxes, shipping, and customs charges are not included unless specified.
You agree to provide accurate payment details and authorize us to charge your selected payment method for your order.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We pack orders carefully, but courier handling is outside our control.
Once a product is handed to the carrier, title and risk pass to you.
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Damage to packaging alone is not grounds for return unless the item inside is damaged.

All content, trademarks, and materials in our Services are owned by AMUSE, its affiliates, or licensors.

AMUSE is powered by Shopify. Sales are made directly between you and AMUSE. Shopify is not responsible for any sales, products, or transactions.
