Shipping policy

We pack every AMUSE order with care so your blind boxes, plushies and collectables arrive safely. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, shipping method and whether your cart contains standard items or selected bulky full-set/whole-box items.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or Australian public holidays.
Processing time means the time required to pick, pack and dispatch your order. It does not include courier transit time.

Australia Shipping Rates

Standard items

Most single blind boxes, small collectables and standard-size items use our standard Australia shipping rates:

Standard shipping: $12.50 AUD
Free standard shipping: orders over $100 AUD, excluding selected bulky/full-set items
Express shipping: $19.95 AUD

Selected bulk / full-set items

Some full sets, full display boxes, whole boxes and bulky plush items are larger or heavier to ship. For these selected items, a separate bulk shipping rate applies:

Australia bulk / full-set standard shipping: $20.00 AUD

Not every full set is treated as bulky. Some smaller full display boxes may still use normal shipping. The correct shipping options and prices will always be shown at checkout before payment.

How Bulk Shipping Works

Bulk shipping is applied to selected product variants only, such as certain “Full Set”, “Full Display Box” or “Whole Box” options. Single-box variants of the same product may still use normal shipping.

This helps us keep product prices clearer: the product price reflects the item itself, while larger parcels have their shipping cost shown separately at checkout.

If your cart contains only standard items, standard shipping rules apply.
If your cart contains a selected bulk/full-set item, the bulk shipping rate applies to that item.
If your cart contains both standard items and selected bulk items, Shopify calculates the applicable combined shipping at checkout.
Free standard shipping promotions do not remove the bulk shipping cost for selected bulky/full-set items.

Examples

These examples are for illustration only. The final shipping price will be shown at checkout before you pay.

Example 1 – Single blind box only: If you buy one standard single blind box under $100 AUD, standard shipping is usually $12.50 AUD.
Example 2 – Standard items over $100: If your cart contains only standard items and the order total is over $100 AUD, standard shipping is usually free.
Example 3 – Selected full set: If you buy a selected full-set or bulky display-box variant, Australia bulk shipping is $20.00 AUD.
Example 4 – Standard items plus selected full set: If your cart includes both standard items and a selected bulk/full-set item, checkout will calculate the applicable shipping automatically. The bulk shipping cost may still apply even if the standard items qualify for free shipping.

International Shipping

Standard international shipping: $50.00 AUD for standard items, where available.
Selected bulk / full-set international shipping: $100.00 AUD, where available.

International shipping availability depends on the destination country and the items in your cart. Some bulky or oversized items may not be available for all international destinations. Final shipping options will be displayed at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes for International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees or other charges applied by their destination country. These charges are not included in your AMUSE order total and are not collected by AMUSE unless clearly shown at checkout.

Please check your local import rules before ordering.

Estimated Delivery Times

After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:

Australia standard: approximately 3–8 business days
Australia express: approximately 1–4 business days
International: varies by destination, usually approximately 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to courier delays, customs processing, weather, peak periods or events outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where tracking is available.

Packaging & Product Box Condition

We take care to pack your order securely. However, collectable outer packaging may experience minor dents, scuffs or wear during transit. This is normal and is not considered a product defect.

Refunds or returns are only accepted if the item inside is damaged or defective, in line with our Return and Refund Policy.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. AMUSE is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to assist before dispatch.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery timing is controlled by the courier. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact the courier using your tracking information. We will assist where possible.
