Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or Australian public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and chosen delivery method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Australia (Standard): 3–8 business days
- Australia (Express): 1–4 business days
- International: Varies by destination (usually 7–20 business days)
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, customs processing, or events outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Packaging & Condition
We take care to pack your order securely. However:
- Minor dents, scuffs, or wear to outer packaging may occur during transit. This is normal and not considered a defect.
- Refunds or returns are only accepted if the item inside is damaged or defective.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
Please check your country’s import regulations before ordering.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once an order is handed to the courier, AMUSE is not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages.
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact the courier directly using your tracking information. We will assist where possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. AMUSE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your order arrives with the item inside damaged, contact us within 30 days at info@amuse.zone with your order number and photos of the damage.
