Blind Boxes & Plushies
Due to the nature of blind boxes and collectable items, minor wear and tear on the packaging may occur during shipping. This is normal and not eligible for return or refund. Refunds or exchanges are only available if the item inside the box is damaged or defective.

Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return or report a damaged product.

To request a return:

  • Provide your order number and photos of the damaged item.

Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your order upon delivery. If the item inside is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Exchanges
If you want a different item, the fastest way is to return the damaged item (if approved), then place a new order separately.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing may take additional time.

European Union Customers
If shipping to the EU, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to return items in original, unused condition, with proof of purchase.
